Service Support Staff

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Service Drive Greeter to join our team at Toyota of Hattiesburg. This individual will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers as they arrive for service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, ensuring that each customer feels valued and appreciated. This is an entry level position that has advancement opportunities into a career within the service department.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive with a warm, and friendly demeanor.
Assist customers with check-in for service appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure timely communication and seamless service experiences.
Checking battery voltage and air filters
Filling tires with air
Moving vehicles around the lot.
Driving the Shuttle Van to drop off and pick up customers.
Maintain a clean and organized service drive area.

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications.
